Our Style

WE ARE (BORDERLINE) OBSESSIVE

Ok, no fooling around… we are obsessive about using only the highest quality ingredients and time-honored techniques:

We make everything from scratch, EVERYTHING - Dough made & baked fresh every morning, all our rubs, all our sauces, sausages, hot dogs, even pickles.

THE BEST

Every state or region thinks they have the best BBQ… We have incorporated the “best of” from across the US at Pig in a Pickle and pride ourselves on doing it… you guessed it… The BEST.

CONSISTENCY

Let’s be fair, consistency is difficult. Especially with so many moving parts…But, we are up for the challenge on the daily!

We work from a place of integrity and are fully transparent in every detail of our operation.

INCLUSIVITY

Food is about gathering and spending time with friends and family and we feel like everyone should be able to get high quality food at an affordable price despite dietary preferences, allergies  & restrictions.

Nothing goes to waste. Brisket fat is rendered for the chips, brisket trim is used for making hot dogs, sausages and added to the chili. Even experimentation (in progress) with the tallow to make soap.
